Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND & BOOKING POLICY

  1. All bookings must be secured by a deposit. Workshops & events require a €50 deposit. Individual treatments require a €25 deposit.
  2. If a workshop/ course is cancelled by the client more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course a full refund of the deposit/ full payment will be refunded.
  3. If cancelled less than 10 days prior to the commencement of a workshop by the client no refund will be made and your deposit cannot be transferred.
  4. Should you fail to turn up for your event/ booking, your deposit or full fee paid will not be refunded.
  5. If due to unforeseen circumstances Holistic Health Care has to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your payment or you may use your credit against our other therapies, workshops & services.
  6. For individual bookings of all our other 1 to 1 therapies such as massage etc., 24hrs notice of cancellation must be given to Holistic Health Care. Failure to do so will result in your deposit becoming your late cancellation fee.
