I am a qualified Complimentary Therapist & Meditation Teacher. I specialise in many forms of therapeutic and beneficial treatments such as various massage therapies, reflexology, spiritual and energy healing, sound therapy, and many more relaxing holistic modalities…..

 Professionalism is very important to me and my business so I am registered with various supporting organisations such as the RFI (Reiki Federation Ireland), the IMTA (Irish Massage Therapist Association), the IRIL (Irish Reflexology Institute Limited) and the IMTTA (International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association).

 

My background began in the Irish Defence Forces in 1997, whereby over a period of 21years service I gained valuable life skills, education and experience, and also qualified in 2006 as a registered Paramedic via UCD.

 

I’ve always been drawn towards caring and supportive professions and I really believe in the importance of Self-care. With this in mind I began my new journey into the holistic world!

 

Let’s chat about Self-Care…  Now that’s an expression which most of us mere mortals pay lip service to, but very few of us actually incorporate it into our busy lives sufficiently so as we feel the benefits of self-nurture. We push ourselves to the point of burn out, overwhelm and even to the experience of illness. Does this sound like you? Well I know that at times I’m guilty too!

 

My goal as both a Meditation Teacher & Complimentary Therapist is to enable you to find new ways, methods and therapies that support you on your wellness journey. 

As a holistic therapist I believe that the mind, body and spirit must be in balance for us to function optimally and to thrive. A major part of my work is to re-educate clients about the importance of stress reduction within their own lives and to help you explore new ways in which you can promote a more relaxed response within the body, creating an overall sense of homeostasis throughout all aspects of your life.

 

Finally, I want you to know that I genuinely only train in therapies that I have experienced, enjoyed and benefited from receiving myself. I am confident in standing behind the work that I do and I am committed in supporting you to achieve your hearts desires.
